Introduction to Campaign Analytics

Overview

The overview section displays a total count of some important metrics for admins and dashboard viewers to get a quick view of the overall campaign performance


Sent

The metric "Sent" shows the total number of messages or emails or SMS sent within a campaign based on the Channel selected.


Delivered

The metric "Delivered" shows the total number of messages or emails or SMS delivered out of the total sent within a campaign based on the Channel selected.


Opened The metric "Opened" shows the total number of messages or emails opened out of the total delivered within a campaign based on the Channel selected.


Clicks

The metric "Clicks" shows the total number of people who clicked the link within the message or Email or SMS out of the total opened within a campaign based on the Channel selected.


Detailed user analytics

Detailed user analytics is helpful for customer-to-customer tracking. You can track the exact time stamps for each sent, delivered, opened, clicked, and failed. You can check for the reason for failure by hovering over the failed text
